THE WEHICLE IS INALIENABLE PROPERTY OF DPTU ‘EURO SKALA’ DOO STRUMICA AND THE RENTOR DOES NOT GET OTHER RIGHTS,EXCEPT THE RIGHTS IN THE CONTRACT.

1. Vehicle management – The vehicle can be driven by persons older than 21 years old, who have a driver’s license of at least 2 years, listed as drivers in the rental agreement. All other persons have no right to operate the vehicle.

2. Renting a vehicle – The vehicle is taken over by the mercenary by concluding the wage agreement. By signing the contract, it confirms that it agrees and that it accepts the general terms and conditions. The mercenary is obliged to return the vehicle within the foreseen deadline, which is stated on the agreement in the procedure from which he took the vehicle.
3. Warning – The rented vehicle must not be used / used:
1. For paid transport of persons and goods;
2. If the person who concluded the contract gave false information;
3. For any competitions, speed tests or races;
4. Under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, narcotics, sleeping agents, etc. drugs;

4. The liability of the mercenary for damage – The mercenary shall be liable for the entire damage to the vehicle, parts, and accessories that are not recognized under the terms and conditions of Casco insurance. The mercenary shall also be liable for damage to the vehicle, parts and accessories from improper use, as well as improper replacement of parts or equipment or replacement of new parts with old or non-genuine parts. 5. Payment of the invoice – After the lease is completed, an invoice is made and an invoice is made. 10. Defects – Repairs or replacement of parts may be performed only in authorized services with prior consent of the Rules of Procedure. The costs will be refunded when filing a fiscal account or invoice in denar counter value at the middle exchange rate of the NBM on the day of the conversion of the contract. In case of replacement of parts, the mercenary shall be obliged to present them in the procedure when returning the vehicle. In the event that the repair is done abroad, despite the previous consent from the procedural rules, the mercenary is obliged to verify the order at the crossing of the border and report the part if the repair is performed abroad in an authorized service without the consent of the DPTU “EURO SKALA” DOOEL STRUMICA after the return of the vehicle, the amount of the refund is according to the assessment of the DPTU “EURO SKALA” DOOEL STRUMICA in MKD counter value at the middle exchange rate of the NBM on the day of the conversion of the contract, if the repair is made outside the authorized service s without prior notice and received consent and without the attached invoice the costs are not recognized. 11. Documents and key – All vehicles are equipped with the necessary documents as well as documents for crossing the borders, and the same is answered by the mercenary, in case of loss of the documents or the key, they will be charged to the mercenary at the cost of extracting new or according to the pricelist of the authorized service.
12. Passenger insurance – All passengers are insured under the applicable tariffs of the insurance company.
13. Vehicle insurance – All vehicles owned by DPTU “EURO SKALA” DOOEL STRUMICA are insured against liability from damages from third parties with a deductible franchise, the insurance company covers the damage caused by the vehicle to the specified insurance amount, which is stipulated by law the day of the occurrence of the damage. 14. Theft insurance – All vehicles owned by DPTU “EURO SKALA” DOOEL STRUMICA are insured against theft with a deductible franchise, and in case of theft of the vehicle, the mercenary participates in the deduction deduction.
15. 16. 17. Employees of the DPTU “EURO SKALA” DOOEL STRUMICA have the right to control the vehicles at any time and if they find that the rules / provisions of the agreement have been violated, they are authorized to execute the vehicle and the bill will be made on the day when it was returned to the rules of procedure.
18. The mercenary shall be liable only for the traffic offenses during the lease as well as for the damage that would have occurred during the duration of the lease, and for which the insurance company does not cover the damage for any reason.
19. In case of a dispute, the court in Strumica is competent.
20. Definition of terms – The owner of the vehicle subject to the lease agreement is DPTU “EURO SKALA” DOOEL STRUMICA, st.Bratstvo Edinstvo No1 / 1-1 Strumica.

Driver – A person who physically manages the vehicle and is registered as a driver in a rental contract, all the rest do not have the right to drive the vehicle.
